Organized by the Rheology Group (DEM/PUC-Rio), the 1st Rheology Workshop in Industry: Application in Oil and Gas brought together renowned professionals, academics, and students in the largest Brazilian event ever organized in this field. There were more than 180 registered participants. The event featured technical lectures by professionals and invited professors, a poster session (with awards for the best works), and a roundtable discussion on ‘Role, Representation, and Challenges of Women in the Oil Industry’.
